There are 3 approaches you can take to buying a home.
Approach 1: buying on your own, without an agent

Step 2: See a mortgage advisor
It’s vital that you have your mortgage arranged before you start bidding.
If you haven’t done this yet, we can put you in touch with one of our trusted mortgage advisors (or you can arrange this yourself if you prefer).
Step 3: Book viewings and find your home
